Kitty's Habitat Facts

These miniature pets eat grass that assists them to digest their food properly. It also helps flush out fur from their stomach if any. Peculiarly, some cats may suffer from diarrhea due to milk consumption. Chocolates and Tylenol are also considered poisonous for cats. There are few plants like iris, yew, English ivy, etc. that are also poisonous and should be avoided to maintain proper cat health. So keep your cat away from these few things. Cats have the most sharp eye sight at night. To maintain this supernatural sight they need high proportion of taurine in their diet. Cat behavior facts include the inability of cats to produce their own body fat. Therefore, it is essential to have fatty foods in their diet. Many people in US are so fond of cats as pets, that they spend less on baby food as compared to cat food.

Symbolic Meaning of Cats

Many families have cat as pet but cat as a symbol has many meaning. In the ancient time, cat represents the guardian of the Underworld. They are quite, mysterious, patient and keep everything to themselves. In many movies, black cats have been associated with witchcraft. In other countries, like Ancient Rome, cats were seen as the guardian of homes and were sacrifice to Diana, the moon of goddess. In the Ancient Egypt, cats were an important symbol; it was depicted on the head of Bastet, the lunar goddess. Nowadays in China and Japan, cats are seen as a lucky symbol. Chinese and Japanese business people would have a Prosperity Cat, a statue of a cat with one raised forepaw, somewhere in their store, restaurant, café or office.

Kitty's food (1) - fish

According to the National Research Council, "Cats require specific nutrients, not specific feedstuffs."
The Animal Protection Institute does not recommend a vegetarian diet for cats
Also, Kitty does not like eating vegetables.
Actually, his favorite food is fiiiiiiiish.
We always give him 3 meals a day, all of which containing his favorite fish and other nuts!
Mine loves pilchards, sardines and tuna. When I'm preparing fresh fish she will try to swipe the bits of roe and waste before they get thrown away! I had two cod cutlets once on the worktop wrapped in kitchen paper (having washed and prepared them) waiting to be fried. When I returned to the kitchen one was on the floor and kitty was trying to eat it!
Actually, the domestic cat you know of today originated in Africa and preyed on small mammals such as rodents. They were taken all over the world by man and adapted to their environment. They were used aboard ships and on docks for pest control in many countries and taught themselves to fish.

Cats are not like human beings. They do like to throw in the sun. When they feel they have been in the sun too long, they will leave. Simple as that. No one can understand a cat a cat better than himself. They may lie in the sun as much as they want. 

Howevr, what color are they? If they have white / pink ears, you need to put sunscreen on special cat ears, because they can skin cancer. Without my two cats blague. All cats love to bask in the sun, which is fine, but if your cat has an ear or nose white you will need to put sunscreen on him as they can get skin cancer. 

Cats always find a comfortable place to sleep. They are the experts. Mine think my lap was designed specifically for them on winter evenings! they always look at the most appropriate place for the weather.

Kitty's Daily life [2]

Kitty normally spends his days eating, sleeping, 
walking around the house and scraching the sofa. 
He loves to be spoil. 
He will stand beside us when we are making food hoping we can give him some. 
At night he will curl up beside us to watch TV and sleep with us.
The cat in the box is funny but they are all sweet. My cat sleeps with his bum in the air with his chin flat on the floor have to get a photo of it.
Oh how I miss my cat who became ill last year and had to be put to sleep. He was a silver grey tabby and lived all his 9 lives including once going absent for 3 weeks. He came home one Sunday afternoon and I couldn’t believe it was him. I think he had been locked in somewhere.

Kitty's daily life [1] *_* ----- sleeping!!!!!!!

Sleeping is his favorite thing of the whole world ....... 
He always gets up at 11:00 a.m. and has his yummy breakfast.
Then, he sleeps at noon under the shadow of the leaves during the whole noon.
In the afternoon, he may wakes up only when he is thirsty.
Amazing, hah?
After a big dinner, guess the next thing he will do.........

I love cats i just love them….they’re adorable…i once had a cat that likes to sleep on the keyboard lool can you imagine how cute he looked when ever i want to use the computer i had to wake him up and movie him aside..you can imagine how he felt ..probably angry and annoyed..lool..just love the pictures..pleez whenever you have more of these pic please tell me about them.
Cats are perfect creatures. From the most distinguished pedigreed kitty to the everyday tabby, there isn’t one that doesn’t move my heart.

hello, Kitty.

This is my cat named Kitty. It's really lazy and greedy for food. haha~

This picture was taken by Ian who is writing this post right now.

My camera is panasonic LX3 and after taken these photos, i even did some more photoshop work in order to make it look better.

To come back to the cat subject, Kitty is really astonished to the camera and curious about what i was doing. i wondered what she was thinking about at that time. perhaps she would be so scared that i was about to hit her.

But..certainly not.

According to this, i found an article from the Yahoo Answer.

The cyber-friend said that 

"To be honest with you he isn't thinking much. Cats are very affectionate but this is for a reason. When he is affectionate it is a reaction to your interaction. Therefore it is then assumed that cats act in reaction to stimuli from within and out. Hunger causes a trigger to hunt or seek human help. A running mouse must be pursued for fun and so on.

This theory has been proven, as I have read by putting electrodes on a cats head and then taking away external stimuli. The brain waves and activity slowed down to almost nothing - the minimum level to support bodily organs and functions... This may suggest that internal disturbances do not have an effect. I also think this is the reason why a cat may survive for months at sea without food and water shut in a dark container.

A human on the otherhand in contrast would have the ability to generate thoughts independently in the same conditions. Left too long psychosis would set in.
Now I love cats and I know how you feel ridiculed when mentioning the cats intellegence. Some cats know 25+ words and are more intellegent than others. My cat knows up, sit, drink and more from repitition and the reaction thing ie she gets a drink when she hears the word."

This is the layout of our entire blog. We believe that "simple is the best". We chose cat as the theme of our blog and give its a lovely name "kitty". First, the color of the navigator bar is black. We put daily calendar on the top part of the page which shows the date to our blog readers. On the left-hand side of the page, we locate the posts with a chronological order. For each post, we wrote with the font of Verdana, using normal size and with the color of brown. On the right-hand side, we put several items, such as the name of our followers, the brief introduction of ourselves and so on. The following part is the recent comments that we got from readers. On the left-hand side corner, we insert a 'pond' and colorful gold fish, which is exactly match the food for our 'Kitty'. The right-hand corner, we insert a Youtube video about cats in IKEA.
